i find staff friendliness is very wonderful. the front desk team remembered my name. i find housekeepers are very attentive to details . i really like having the burj khalifa view from my room, and i was impressed with the super clean rooms.
i must wait longer than expected.

my room had a spacious balcony with city view. amenities was fully stocked, and the housekeeping was very responsive to requests. the bed linen are very soft and i slept well.

the hotel is near the business district, and i find the taxi access is very easy. there are many cafes nearby, and it is within walking distance of some major attractions. i find the area is very safe and accessible.

The hotel has a nice design. I loved the comfort provided. Vispen explained the facilities very well and I appreciated the excellent service.
The lobby is not at ground level. It is annoying when stopping to talk to staff. I found the pool only open until 6 PM. This turns into a lounge after hours and guests must meet a minimum spend for a poolside table. I find this unacceptable.
